It highlights the reasons to be hopeful a cure for spinal cord injuries is possible and the pivotal importance that each of us plays. Dear Friends,

Your support gives me and countless other individuals and families affected by paralysis hope that a cure is truly possible.

When I reflect back on the past 27 years since my injury a lot has changed. I’m proud to say that the BRPF has been a driving force in helping make a difference. Through charitable grants and scholarships, we’ve been able to help people with spinal cord injuries today, while providing key research grants leading to a cure and a brighter future.

I dream of simple things like wiggling my toes, using my fingers, and taking those first steps.

These dreams are possible, but we need your help to make them a reality not only for me, but for thousands of others affected by paralysis.
